I purchased this for my husband. He prefers a firmer pillow that isn't bulky. This one fit the bill. He said he hasn't slept this good in years. It is firm but soft and supportive. It hasn't gone flat or became mis formed like a lot of other pillows.

This is really a very nice pillow. I like it a lot. I have a hard time sleeping. During the night I would take my feather pillow and bunch it into a ball and go back to sleep. I use this Allswell pillow on the plush comfy side and now I sleep through the night. I don't care for the flat cooling side as much.

This pillow worked well for me after surgery sleeping upright. It wasn't as puffy as others which helped my neck and was comfortable. The price does seem a little high though,

I wasn’t all too impressed with this pillow. It’s a very firm flat pillow. Not the most comfortable. I thought maybe I just needed to break it in a bit but no. It’s still very firm. I like a little fluff in my pillows. I don’t feel any difference as far as comfort between the 2 side. The cooling side, oddly enough I did notice a cool feeling. So that was interesting but still not enough to make me want to keep or use the pillow. If you like a firmer pillow, this may work for you .

This isn't a pillow, its a flat hard BRICK. Most uncomfortable thing I've ever used under my head.
