Item is what is described. A little funky smell for a night or so but a seperate pillow case took care of that. I did feel some relief the first night , but an adjustment period of three nights was all it took for me to really start enjoying a much better sleep experience. It is a little different at first, but give it a little time to give your neck the gentle support it needs. The only negative is that is not comfortable for stomach sleeping unless you only rest your head on the lateral wings. The center is crater creates too much of a torque for me while on my stomach. Still recommend for side abd especially back sleeping!

I sleep on my back and before I got this pillow, I would wake up every 1-2 hours with a dry throat from snoring. Now I only wake up once a night to use the bathroom and not because my mouth is so dry. It is a life saver. It did take a little while the first night to get used to sleeping with it because it is firm. I sleep on it turned 180 degrees because it is a little lower for my neck. Also, my right shoulder is a little sore each morning, but I have only been using it for a week and I think my shoulder will get used to it. I received it within two days of ordering it and I used it the first night. It only took a few hours out of the package to become its full size and there was a slight smell to it, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't need to let it air out first. This pillow is probably not for everyone, but I recommend it. It is sure helping me.

Best pillow ever for me. Not too firm or too soft. Put an end to my tossing and turning which was not good for my back. This pillow and a cool gel foam mattress are the most comfort I've ever had sleeping. I wasn't sure at first and put it aside. Later tried it again and got used to it pdq.

I am still getting used to this pillow (it's been less than a week), but I'm loving it, so far. Cradles my head nicely, whether I'm laying on my back or my side. No problem getting comfortable or falling asleep. Have not been tempted to go back to my old pillow at all!

Even though the item claims there should be no smell there was a smell, and I had to leave it out in the garage for a week. Still had a smell, but not so strong. I do not think for my needs that this pillow is 100%. It's a little too high. I tried both ends and it's not working for me. Good concept though.

The pillow is good quality for the price. I was not completely sold on the support of the pillow, after using it for a few nights I found that it didn't really give enough support to my shoulders and my neck was still a little stiff leaving me with a headache the next morning, so I stopped using it and I have been feeling better..

This pillow is way to high it made my neck hurt worse when I slept and got up. I couldn't get comfortable on it no matter what way laid on it. I would not recommend this pillow if you have neck problems. Even laying on my side I couldn't get comfortable. Laying on my back it put my neck up to high from the rest of my body.

I ordered Queen size pillows, I was sent standard size. When I called for an exchange I was told my purchase was not qualified due to walmart selling 3rd. Party merchandise, that I would have to do a return and reorder the item, when I looked up the item that same day it was conveniently at a higher price! No more walmart for me!!!

Gave it a couple of weeks and returning it! its horrible. Its super hard and its small. Laying your head in the notch is suffocating. Terrible product. Save your money. I found a new one, different website, different style, much cheaper and it's Heaven.

im not impressed ,i had cervical surgery several years back and was looking for good support ,this pillow smashes down when you lay on it ,no support,even laying on side or back ,i would not recommend this to anyone with cervical issues,my neck aches and feels strained
