This is the best pillow that I have ever laid my head on. I was having some neck issues, stiffness, pain, that was also affecting my shoulders and back. After the first night of sleeping on it, I had such a tremendous difference in my discomfort when I woke up. I felt great! I couldn't believe how fast it helped me. I won't sleep on any other pillow now. This pillow has just the right amount of softness, not too soft and not too firm. I just love it. One part is higher than the other. I am sleeping on the lower part. I took a chance on buying this, as there are others that are more expensive. And, I am sure they probably work just as well. But, I am very happy with the price and the quality of this one. Also, I don't think you can take the cover off on this one to wash it. But, that is not big issue with me. I put a pillow case on it and that works fine. I definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who is having neck, back or shoulder issues.

I'm in my 50's, ive never looked my age ,but ive had two spine fusion surgeries different spots. my neck is doing like my spine and im getting neck injections and they help. but the past two weeks I wake up hurting very bad ,and my pain pills help a little, but i got this pillow, its soft really nice soft ,but ive used it twice and this second time I can tell a difference when I woke up it hurts but not as bad ,I can tell its working ,so ,so far so good. I had a great delivery experience it came when said.

It's better than I thought it would be. I little thinner than I like. I put a thin pillow under and perfect. The shape has spots for arms, and neck. I have a cpap mask the debits help mask to stay in place better than a regular pillow

This is my first experience with a cervical pillow. I have an extremely diseased spine. I'm a side sleeper, my shoulders and neck would be so painful, I felt like my neck couldn't support my head. I was also getting numbness in my arms and hands, so severe I couldn't shake the pain away for over a hour. This cervical pillow has helped in a way I didn't think was possible.

It's Hard To Dry. I Had To Take Mine To The Laundromat Because It Holds Water And Doesn't Allow My Dryer To Spin In Order To Dry It Thoroughly. Other Than That I Have Been Getting The BEST Sleep.

Will be returning. I wanted to like this, but the thought that kept coming to mind night after night was that I was lying my head on a miniature skate park. The contours are nutty. On my back, no problem and comfortable, but on my side, I was mystified. Where was I supposed to put my cheek bones. On the rim of the dished in area? Or in the dished in area? It never seems tall enough to support my neck fully when side sleeping. Average build 5'8" woman... Not worth the novelty.

It took me a while to figure out which way to set it. The hump in the middle to support the neck doesn't seat very well (too small for my head). The slots for the arms is not long enough for the arm to rest; I found it to be an awkward fit so I never use them. My neck still feels sore when I wake up and that is too bad, I was hoping it would help but it doesn't.

I sleep on my side, and this pillow doesn't work for me. I got it today, and I don't get the height I need. It has places for your arm, but it's just not comfortable.
