I'm in my 50's, ive never looked my age ,but ive had two spine fusion surgeries different spots. my neck is doing like my spine and im getting neck injections and they help. but the past two weeks I wake up hurting very bad ,and my pain pills help a little, but i got this pillow, its soft really nice soft ,but ive used it twice and this second time I can tell a difference when I woke up it hurts but not as bad ,I can tell its working ,so ,so far so good. I had a great delivery experience it came when said.
I'm a side sleeper and really like this pillow. does not get hot and the cover is removable for washing.
Good size, very comfortable. I support it for higher elevation with another pillow. Had spinal fusion surgery over a decade ago.
I have tried every pillow out there and have to say this one has offered some relief. It really depends on how I sleep but with all it's nooks and crannies I am able to find a comfortable position. I am pleased with my purchase and recommend people give this one a try.
Only complaint I have is. I wish it would come in. King size. I have tried all kinds of pillows. I do have issues with my neck and back(bulging discs). I've tried water filled pillows, contour pillows, down pillows, etc. this pillow is hands down the best ever! I never wake up with a crick in my neck and a migraine. Highly recommend!
I will never be the same after using this pillow. I have had this pillow for a little bit over three months and it has changed my sleep quality for the better. I am able to sleep throughout the whole night without tossing and turning. I can sleep on my tummy, my back and my side with no issues. I will be purchasing another one soon.

It's a decent pillow, it has some good recoil it does seem to be on the cooler side which is nice. It's definitely not MY pillow, I'm a big time side sleeper so and you just gotta find the sweet spots. It suffices definitely glad I just got something other than my last one. For back sleeping it's actually pretty dang cozy I will not lie it's not to high and you can switch sides for different levels of support 🔄
