Slept better the very first night. Now my husband wants one.

I bought this pillow so that my head would settle back into the center hole opening up my neck and breathing passage. I feel like my head still tilts down causing my chin to sit down toward my chest. So that's disappointing. I'm a back sleeper and my head always turns to the right as I sleep causing me to always have a stiff painful neck when I turn my head to the left. A plus with this pillow is that It does keep my head straight because of the sides being elevated. My neck is a little less stiff and painful. I hope over time that will improve. We'll see.

A very comfortable pillow for me. Not as "hot" as other memory foam devices I'v used although not as cool as I expected, either. It's design, for me, is also good for my back - as a kind of "spine pillow".

I'm a side sleeper and needed a smaller pillow for traveling . I also have a heat problem so took a chance with a weird shaped pillow that said it had cooling technology in the fabric. I also have neck issues so I really did take a chance. I was a good pillow. No pain is a good thing. Did it cool? No, I don't think so you have to use it with out a cover to 'maybe' get that feature.

The pillow does not hold up. manufacturing suggests that the pillow is to reduce snoring during sleep, it does not. It does help support the neck, and shoulders to help reduce tightening during sleep. I would not re-order.
