These pillows are amazing! Super comfy, nice and fluffy but still give great support. I’ve been sleeping like a rock and waking up without any neck pain. They fluffed right up out of the package and haven’t gone flat at all. Definitely a great buy — I’ll be ordering another set soon!

I bought these previously and love them. So I bought another set just to keep in the closet for when these wear out. I haven’t washed them yet. So I don’t know how that is going to turn out. But sleeping on them is absolutely wonderful. Best pillows I’ve tried in years. They seem to be a smidgen larger than most other pillows so it’s quite a squeeze to get them into a normal size pillowcase. But that is such a minor issue.

I've always wanted Hotel Collection pillows but did not want to pay full price since they are on the expensive side. The sale price for Hotel Pillows was too good to pass up. I originally ordered four pillows. They shipped right away. Unfortunately, they are not exactly Hotel Collection, unless Hotel Collection allows another company to sell their products. I tried them, they were better than any other pillow I had purchased. I like how they conform to your head and neck. I receive support but soft. I especially like how they fluff back to full form.

I have had such difficulty finding a pillow that doesn't eventually go flat, or isn't full but too solid... Numerous stiff necks and headaches later, I decided to try this set.. And I am truly surprised at the softness coupled with support and by the third night, my stiff neck issues were gone! These are amazing.. Comforting, snuggly without being hot, supportive without being stiff... And they're comfortable no matter which way I lay.. Side, back or stomach. Try them.. You might be pleasantly surprised!

basically pieces of garbage do not hold safe for nothing had them on the bed less than a week and there was already lumps forming in the pillows very uncomfortable to sleep on we'll never order this product again or do I recommend this to anybody save your money

These pillows arrive super flat and vacuumed, so I expected them to fluff when opened. Never did, and definately dont look like the photo. Clumpy and flat and very cheap material, recommend finding better pillows, even if you spend a little more. Photo is after running them through a dry cycle to try and fluff, its like sleeping on a rolled up hoodie.

Very disappointed! All of the pillows are extremely flat. They don’t even fill out the covering. Two pillows in the same case are as fluffy as One of the pillows should be. I expected better. I had to return them. These are King Sized pillows, enough fill for a standard pillow.

I bought these pillows thinking that I was going to get a full wear out of them but as soon as I laid down on one of them it went collapsed all the way to the mattress and that was a big waste of money and I couldn't return it because I then threw away everything and tore up the papers so I end up just tossing them

THESE ARE 100 % POLYESTER!! says cotton cover but tag clearly says polyester . BAIT AND SWITCH . Then says gel fiber filled again just filled with polyester.. scam. Scam Scam

If I could rate a zero it would be a negative 10. Please see photo. Even tried fluffing. This is how much excess settles after trying to fluff. As soon as you try to actually lie on it the filling separates. Leaving you nothing to lie on. I’m disappointed in the purchase to say the least.
