I love these pillows. I looked at the reviews and compared them to other pillows I was going to purchase. These pillows are firm and that's what I needed since I am a side sleeper.

It's really soft. I give it 9/10 on support. Better than some of the other foam/memory foam products on the market. Woke up without pain in my neck.

It's a pillow I'll say that. It's nothing super special or fancy but it gets the job done. It's not too firm. My fiance is a back sleeper and he enjoys it.

Hard to pick a pillow on line but I got lucky. It truly does bounce back and stays in form all night. I need one that is not to hard because that sometimes gives me a headache. Will probably get another one in the future.

I bought 2 of these for decorative king shams. Both of them feel like there's a pool noodle in the center if them. It's not comfortable. But I got them for show and not to actually use. I would definitely look for something else if you need a comfortable pillow.

i feel it's not comfortable for back sleepers. i think if you only sleep on side you would be okay. however i've had two neck surgeries so take that into consideration.

This pillow shapes itself into an oval I barely had it for a month and it's like a potato and once it reshapes itself it's suck that way. I tried to beat it and fluff it but nothing

Serta brand turned out to be a very core work quality stitching at the end of the pillow began to come undone. I was very surprised for such a brand name and the price they charge!
