Mainstays NexGen Waterproof Fitted Mattress Protector, Twin

I think this product is great because it definitely protects the mattress and absolutely no liquid gets through this. but if you have really thin sheets and don't like the feel of plastic you might want to put a mattress protector that can be washed over it because it is kind of plasticy!

I have always bought mainstays brand for my mattress. This is a very good brand to protect your mattress, keeps the mattress dry of any spills. It is made of good strong quality. They last pretty long. Other brands are too expensive and don't keep your mattress dry. I did my research before ever buying mainstays covers. I highly recommend.

it's price point it's extremely a good value however I have a 24-in deep air mattress I wish they offered a better variety of deep pocket sizes that being said I would recommend the two pack so you can put one on the bottom and one on the top and give your mattress some extra protective layers also maybe a more heavy duty and thicker version would be worth paying a bit extra but for the extreme budget price it has done well protecting my mattress from liquid spills

this product does exactly what it's supposed to do but if you're sensitive to the field of plastic or have really thin sheets you may want to put a washable mattress protector over this or maybe not a mattress protector but a topper that can be washed if you're worried about like a kid peeing the bed or liquid spilling. it does kind of have a plastic feel. but it does the job and it will protect your mattress from stains

Got it on sale when it was 2 for the price of one, basically. It seems very thin though, like one of those shower cap material, so I'm not exactly sure how you're even supposed to wash and dry something like this. I guess it works well enough though, because those shower caps always worked!

i bought it because my dog wont sleep anywhere but with me and she's old and might wet the bed a little however this thing is bad, its garbage simple as that, better off buying a roll of plastic from hardware and cutting a piece you need. this thing ripped coming out of the package and wont stay on the bed, it keeps pulling off if you roll over.

This is such a crap item. The protector is literal plastic. There is no zipper to make sure it stays on the mattress. That means that if you roll around a lot in your sleep, this will pop off your mattress. Crap item, crap construction. I don't recommend this item. Save your money.

This may or may not protect from spills or messes but it's to hot to even sleep on. I have my sheets on and I am instantly sweating even with a window unit in my room that keeps is nice and cold I am pouring sweat. I don't sweat without it on my bed, and this is the first night I had it on my bed. Ridiculous. It's also a bit noisy even under sheets. I would stay away from this mattress protector honestly, I got it to save my mattress topper and now I'm stuck with it, but it's just too hot to use.It's just a piece of plastic.

The care instructions say to not tumble dry (available on the Walmart app only, did not come on packaging or warranty insert with product). They didn't say jack about the pools of water that would splash out when removing from the washing machine. Maybe it's because I've only ever had soft surface, high-quality mattress protectors that I feel like this one is garbage, but I needed a cheap one quickly today and really got what I paid for. Might as well have gotten the six dollar bag you put a mattress in to move. The texture is terrible, noisy like a bag of trash. Also since I live in an apartment, hang drying a bit of plastic that apparently holds all the water from a wash is not at all practical. Even after I shook it out repeatedly (since I already got a bath taking it out, the shower was the least of my worries) it's still drip-drip-dripping all over the place.
