a five so far, I mainly needed it because Every time I lay flat my nose gets stuffy so in the past what I do is I take my pillow and flip it in half and make a double high but I usually end up with a neck ache, I've used this witch pillow for a few hours so far and excellent I can also use it to watch TV, I thought of using one of those TV watching pillows with the armrest but decided on the wedge because of the simplicity.

My son, recovering from injuries, was extremely comfortable using the wedge pillow as support for both his legs and back. He said it was much more comfortable than the one provided at the hospital.

i have to put this out there,i have very,very,bad fibromyalgia, i used this wedge pillow last night,when i got up,my pain,was so much better,we will see how it goes,but i belive i have found help,so who has fibromyalgia, please try this,why doctors do not tell us is because,they do not know much about it,but you can believe me,i hope this will help other woman,BUY IT

I purchased this for use after a surgery when I needed to sleep propped up and knew that regular pillows would not be supportive enough. This worked really well, was a nice medium size (some I looked at seemed too wide or too small), is flexible in the ways you can configure/use it, and the cover comes off for washing. Sure, it wasn't fun to put back on, but it's doable. Lastly, but importantly, it had zero smell, with is a huge plus. Recommend!

It serves its purpose well, made of high-quality material, comfortable, with memory foam-like padding, and the lining is made of cotton. It doesn't shrink and can be removed for washing.

Just got these pillows a few days ago but I can already tell they are exactly what I was needing. For people who have back issues I think these pillows will definitely help you out.

This wedge is very comfortable for sleep, but little pillow thing on top wedge I've found to be too hard for my head to rest on. I tried and developed a weird headache... hopefully others do not have the same problem, but I've removed it for sleeping and the wedge is great for stopping my heartburn!

It's soft yet firm, as memory foam usually is. The textured covers seem to be slip-proof as the pillow doesn't move on the smooth bedsheets. Not sure about the white and grey colour but it helps my mother with her reflux.

Flat- not as described, I started to not buy this because of similar reviews I bought for a family member and it was hard, did not expand and was honestly terrible product -
