This pillow was recommended by a family member who suffers from neck pain. I bought it for my husband to try because he has back pain from kyphosis. The first night he slept on this pillow was the first night he didn't toss and turn or snore in a super long time. He was initially concerned about the odd shape of the pillow. It almost resembles a star fish. But he said the structure of the pillow really helped to keep his head and neck supported throughout the night without having to roll around, fluffing and repositioning like he does with other pillows. My pillow arrived yesterday and I opened it when I was ready to go to bed. The only complaint is that it's too low, but I love the pillow. I'm not hot at night anymore and I can actually feel the pillow working. I highly recommend it. 👍🏽👍🏽

I absolutely love this pillow. I used it wrong the first couple of times cause I couldn't find the pamphlet tha5 came with it. but it was confy bot ways. However, the correct way is best. I sleep all night. No paun in my neck or back.

So I was in a car accident some years ago and I have ruptured disc in my neck so this pillow for me was not good because it's too soft. I know it position to your head, but it was making my neck go down too much so it's not the right fit for me. It might be the right fit for someone else, but just not for me because I have a bad neck and I have ruptured disc in my neck so I'm not able to use this pillow

The pillow is smaller than I expected. It seems not expanding to the size that is showed in the images. I just got it so I hope it helps with my neck-back discomfort.

The pillow looks spectacular, but on my fifth day of using it I woke up with shoulder pain and stopped using it. It seems that when I rest my head on the pillow it loses a lot of its thickness, meaning it is very soft, and because of that I end up putting pressure on my shoulders. Honestly, I don't think it's a good product, at least that's my opinion.

Hello, I received the pillow today, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The pillow is extremely soft and lacks proper support. It feels underfilled and does not provide the firmness needed to support the neck and upper back. For someone with cervical disc or neck and shoulder pain, this pillow is not comfortable or practical at all. Because of this, it does not maintain proper neck alignment and quickly loses shape when used. I was looking for a medium-firm, supportive pillow, but this one is very soft and unsuitable for neck or spine issues. Thank you for your understanding.
