I love the way the coffee cups look and they hold heat well. The main concern I have is the coffee cups chip and break easily. 3 of the eight I ordered arrived broken and two more chipped badly within the first week they were used.

Loved the color and texture of the mug, but one was broken in transit... it also was larger than i expected..

Broken Cup delivery
While the cups that matched the dish set (I am unsure why cups would be an extra cost and at $5 a cup) had ordered had to arrive through the mail. The packages were not padded nor were the cups secured so that they would not break. It took 3 deliveries to receive 8 cups and of those 8, six arrived broken from lack of decent packaging.

Nice Mugs ! Walmart customer service SUCKS!
I wish I had taken a picture . Ordered 4 of these pretty blue mugs and 3 arrived from Walmart smashed to pieces! Walmart couldn't even pack it properly : box was too big and not enough pillow paks to cushion the mugs. Tried to order more online and 0 supply left!
