(2 pack) Better Homes & Gardens Ribbed 15 oz Double Wall Glass Mug with Handle

After getting chips on the lip of my coffee cups, I looked for something in glass that was more durable. I decided to try the Better Homes %26 Garden mug in borosilicate glass. These are just what I was looking for. They are lighter weight as well which is very good when full of coffee. I liked them so well that I have bought two more sets.

The light weight of these 15 ounce mugs is what a person with arthritis in hands and wrists needs - and I have those types of arthritis! It wasn't easy getting the stickers off of them but they are beautiful %26 large enough to hold the amount of coffee I need in mornings. Borosilicate glass is a durable, heat-resistant, %26 chemically inert material made from silica %26 boron trioxide %26 is characterized by its exceptionally low thermal expansion coefficient, allowing it to withstand extreme temperature changes without breaking. Double wall insulated mug keeps drinks hot for longer %26 is dishwasher, microwave, oven, %26 freezer safe (up to 350°F). I will handle these carefully %26 hope they hold up in the dishwasher. It says drinks will stay hot longer %26 cool longer and hope this happens. I would recommend these to an older person as a gift or to newlyweds as a gift.

Large enough for a coffee fanatic 12 oz. Beautiful mugs, good quality glass thick enough and not too wide for my hands. The ridges makes mugs more sturdy and secure when handling. Insulation keeps coffee and teas hot a few more minutes than my regular mugs and I don't get my hands burnt when I carry my mugs. I don't like to use handles on my mugs so these are the winners. Highly recommend 💕

First of all what I noticed was that it's lightweight second , what I noticed was in the microwave the handle does not get hot the outside of the mug only is warm but the liquid inside gets extremely hot very fast I love this mug this will be my Christmas gift to other people this year and probably in the future

TOUGHER and much lighter than its appearance suggests. Survives a lot of rough handling and hand-washing. Double-wall design does provide insulation against heat loss, allowing a less-rushed coffee and tea experience. Liked the first pair so much I BOUGHT 2 MORE! I deducted 1-star only because they should offer a sippy-cup type lid for taking it in the car or boat.

I really like these glasses, however after very few uses one glass is retaining dish water between its walls. I washed them by hand and I'm careful with my dishes. I'm disappointed and I would really like it if Better Homes %26 Gardens would replace one. Sadly, I do not recommend.

if you drop these in the sink, drop something on them in the sink, knock them over too hard or if they fall into the floor.... smithereens.... everywhere broken glass. the glass is so very thin and they're hollow in between glass double walls . so fragile I'm down to one glass. bummer . won't buy again there's no point . 0 durability.

I have the same Borum glasses but mine are 6” tall so I need glasses to match. Even though when I ordered Borum glasses from you and I checked NO SUBSTITUTIONS you substituted the smaller glasses %26 to make matters worse the delivery person plopped the glasses down on my cement front porch. The glasses were not wrapped nor were they boxed, just put in a WalMart bag so of course one was broken. WHEN i returned the glasses I was told the $9 delivery fee %26 the $4 tip were not refundable! If you once more get the 6” tall, 15 oz glasses I will be happy to purchase them but will NOT have them delivered.

These double wall mugs look great but feel more like plastic than anticipated and are very fragile. Both mugs fractured within two uses each. Maybe they aren't truly meant for hot beverages? The first one cracked when set in the sink to wash. The second one shattered - sending glass shards everywhere - simply setting it down on a stone coaster. What a mess! I'm so glad I didn't order more of them.

No packaging was used with these two glasses so both arrived broken and glass got on my floor and on my hand. I'm complaing about the person who put these glasses into the box unwrapped. This is a safety issue, and I'm documenting it in case my hand suffers from the glass I can't remove.
