Better Homes & Gardens Anderson Cream Stoneware Mug

I needed a set of 14 coffee mugs for Thanksgiving and these mugs at Walmart were the best deal so far. I originally bought coffee mugs at Target but wasn’t happy with the quality. And the fact that they were $2.50 more per mug didn’t help so I returned them and found bought these white ones from Better Home %26 Garden. I was actually surprised at the high-quality of these particular coffee mugs at Walmart, because they look like something you’d see at Pottery Barn or Crate %26 Barrel. They are not too heavy or too light and ran them through the dishwasher on hot cycle with no problems. I have a feeling these mugs are gonna last a very long time and for the price you can’t go wrong. If you are looking for some sturdy high-quality snow white mugs for any occasion, I highly recommend you get these!

I really was looking for a ceramic mug and I’m very familiar with the Better Homes %26 Gardens brand. I really like this brand a lot. I find this mug to be exceptional because of the weight of the mug. I don’t really like a light mug and I’d like to drink a lot of coffee it has a great weight a great size. The color was amazing as well. It’s simple, simple and design. Simply the city could be good. In my opinion the handle was easy to grip as a nice grip to it also too it kept my coffee warm, not boiling hot, but it did keep my coffee warm enough for me to enjoy and I think it tastes a little better in a ceramic mug. Thank you. Better holes of garden for quality product definitely will buy more mugs from you and other items as well. Thank you so much, Walmart.

Better Homes & Garden ceramic stoneware. Mug. The mug measures 3.5” tall and easily holds 12 ounces or 14 ounces to the brim.  Large handles to allow 6’4” spouse’s large hands to comfortably pick up a mug of hot coffee.  He often has a hard time finding mugs that don’t pinch his fingers. This is a nice sized handle without being an enormous mug. Color: The top glaze makes the underlying colors beautifully vary in shading. The charcoal gray with a mottled (small black spots) finish makes a rich tone and expensive looking table statement.   The dish is both safe for dishwasher use as well in the microwave. I like how the dishes do not get hot in the microwave - the food does but the dish itself does not which is nice. The stoneware is heavier than normal china and feels very durable / not easy to chip with daily use. Accompanying plates, cups, and bowls are also available if you want make a complete whole place setting.

I really spent a lot of time shopping for the right coffee mugs. I have been getting rid of all the old stuff I've been hanging onto, the clutter is going and that means all the old mix matched mugs with chips and travel slogans on them. I looked at so many and read so many reviews and decided that even though these don't really stack, I like them. I'm glad I tried them out. The body is pretty hot to cup with your hands but the handle is cool. I drink pretty hot coffee and noticed that it was pretty hot to hold, but if you use milk or drink your hot beverages at a 'normal hot temp', then it should be okay. I wouldn't recommend microwaving these. I haven't burnt my hand on these cups and haven't used a microwave in years, but I would imagine these would heat up. The color is exactly as pictured in the ad, as is the style and look/feel of the cups. They came well wrapped in a four pack, each cup in bubble wrap. I feel this was the best value at time of purchase

I am reviewing the Better Homes and Gardens dark Gray modern mug. This is a nice high quality mug, and the dark Gray color is great because I no longer have coffee stains on the inside of my mug. Microwave and dishwasher safe as well. This is a very nice looking mug and I love the entire collection.

I have a 74 yr old friend and noticed he was drinking coffee from the dark gray mug and asked where did he buy it. He mentioned he chose it because the opening for the fingers was larger than others which made it easier to hold. My hands are small and instead noticed the wide stout cylindrical design so I bought one. What I also like is the textured finish on the inside and it's easy to hand wash.

This mug is a substantial weight, and unlike the other dishes in the set makes sense. The color is a pretty gun metal gray and very modern looking. I would recommend these mugs even if you showcase them on hooks, or in a cabinet with glass exterior. The mug holds the heat of a hot drink well. If you have arthritis, definitely do not buy these mugs. They are very heavy! These are the only items in this set that I think makes sense for the weight. If you bought the entire set, you should be concerned that your cabinet will come off the wall with all the weight of the dishes.

This is a nice cup! The cup is heavy so the bottom will scratch your table if you aren't careful. It washed good in the dishwasher. When I microwaved it the cup got pretty hot. Overall a very good cup. I like the shape of it also. The picture is actually the bottom of the plate but it is the same.

Poorly packaged. I have this set and needed two more. Very poorly packaged. Both arrived wrapped in thin brown paper in a box too small.... needless to say broken. Beautiful set but I would not recommend delivery. As of now they are out of stock so I'll have to find another set.

The item arrived to my home BROKEN. I’m not quite sure why it wasn’t wrapped in newspaper or some sort of bubble wrap being it is a fragile item!
