We actually bought these placemats for our cats' dry treats, but they are nice enough for "people " use! I'm buying a couple more in a different pattern for us, especially for warmer weather suppers on the back porch.

I used these placemats on fridge shelves, easier to remove and clean up any mess than taking the shelf out. Good fit.

they are very easy to clean. You just wipe them off with a damp dish cloth or paper towel. Great for parents who have little ones

I ordered a couple of these actually to use as a mat underneath my pet's food. It was very difficult to get the sticker price tag off. To clean and wipe them, the color comes off on your paper towel or cleaning cloth. They will work for what I needed them for, but I would not buy them again.
