[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these type of mouse traps because they are the old traditional kind that you'll know you're gonna catch something. It can be a little messy but I like to put the trap inside a paper bag and just throw the whole bag away.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Classic design mouse traps. Easy to set. Work exactly as expected. I used these in our tool shed where we occasionally have rodent issues. I have used several different styles of traps in the past and these are inexpensive, dependable traps. Good purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tomcat Wooden Mouse Trap works great. I had a mouse in my kitchen. I set the Tomcat mouse trap and caught a mouse the very first night. It's easy to use and works effectively. I definitely recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kind of trap is super effective if you have any mice around. You just put a glob of peanut butter and burn it with a lighter and nice are drawn to it. They are instantly killed if they try to eat the peanut butter.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to trap for small mice. They are the old fashioned wooden spring action traps. Be careful not to trigger them on your finger, though or you will see why they work so well! Great, sturdy, and reliable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the plastic fake cheese, this is nothing more than the standard wooden snap trap. I've tried these in the past, and I've tried them side by side with a standard trap. The only way I've caught anything in these traps is to put my usual crunchy peanut butter bait on them. So, why bother with the plastic, when a standard snap trap with peanut butter works just as well, if not better? I wouldn't buy these, even though they ARE slightly less messy because of not needing any other bait. But, if I don't use the peanut butter, then I almost never catch any mice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think mice might be getting little smarter to avoid the traps but these are very convenient because you dont need to add any cheese or peanut butter. They seem just ready to go for the effective trapping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had problems with these mousetraps. They are fairly basic and my only challenge is that they do not last very long in the Florida humidity and heat, they eventually will fall apart. BUT, the spring action and bait plate work well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fine if you don't mine trying to pry a dead mouse from the mechanism. For the price it works as advertised. I would rather spend a little more on the traps that have an easier release of the bodies.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these old style mouse traps against my better judgment. These give me so much anxiety. I had boyfriend bait and set it but my common sense kicked in and I chose not to use these in my home. There are so many better options out there.
