I have purchased this item four different times now it's wonderful... It gives me a little bit of an energy like a B12 shot but it's also very tasty as a candy snack... I highly recommend these especially for the price and Walmart of course guarantees they're freshness too.

You're in a long walks, hiking bike riding any outdoor activities. This is great. You can stuff in your pocket. Taste good gives you energy. I use it for me and my little girl when we go backpacking it works out fabulous very lightweight and very nutritious. Keeps a little happy

I like the Gu gummies better than the gel. Tastes good and gives you the energy you need during endurance workouts.

They're super easy to chew, and not too sticky. They work really well on a run. The double serving is great for my multi-hour runs but less helpful when I'm not going quite as far. They can be a little rough on my tummy.

Better than the liquid ‘gu' version, easier to use, great flavor!
