Taste is good. We use these after dirtbike trail riding in the desert to replenish and nourish our bodies for the long ride. It really helps and we can feel the difference. So handy to have. We always bring extra in case someone else in our group needs to feel recharged.

The flavor and consistency of these gels is excellent, and it does give a nice energy boost about 15-20 minutes after eating. It doesn't require a water chaser but I take it on my longer rides and a few swallows of water does make it go down easier and keeps me hydrated. I use these regularly and prefer them over most other gels I've tried.

I got these for a tournament on a hot Saturday. Both of my boys loved them and said they helped them to push through during the heat and humidity. Also helped them to endure a really long day of playing tennis!

convenient, tasty but a bit thick so have extra water. for me this is a win!

Loved it!! This energy gel helped me through my first marathon when I was feeling low on fuel and didn’t know if I could maintain the pace that I wanted. But after taking this, I felt a boost in my energy and finished well. Will be buying more for sure!

I switched to these from Honey stinger brand. Both get the job done I just prefer the flavors on this brand over the other.

This gel is a nice way to get energy without having to stop and drink a cup of coffee! It tastes really good and I will be buying again!

My husband uses this when he goes on long dirtbike rides out of town. He takes 5 minutes before a long ride to keep him going, then another every 45 minutes during the ride as needed. He likes the flavor and doesn't give him any odd or unhealthy feeling after.

product came ripped open and leaked onto other items. other than that, product is easy to consume and tastes great.
