Taste great! Not too heavy on the stomach where you can snack to prepare for a long run or fuel for a gym workout.

these reminded me i need more.that chewy goodness was a stack short not long after i got them.its all good. even good things end at some point but theyre really missed.the dogs and bunnies say hi.we hope to see you soon.

They're perfect with your morning coffee or midday snack to fuel you up with energy no matter what you are enjoying them for. They have the perfect chew factor but are also a bit crumbly so be preapared to clean up crumbs. If you are a fan of stroopwaffles, these are the little siblings of those and will satisfy your cravings for something sweet and healthy!

Everything is great about this product, except it is several months out of date, and a bit pricey. I feel like much of the market overprices “health foods” but the nutritional value on these really isn't that great at all.

Did not find these tasty at all. I was expecting some sort of crunch being that it is a wafer. But instead it was soft with a whey protein after taste.

Absolute scam advertized as a refuel for athletes but its just junk food, they shouldn't even be allowed to advertise it as healthy when bread with no added salt would do the job better, its literally a waffle shaped pastry
