Great for running!
I don't know how they work but they do! Training for a marathon and I take these every 3 miles. It works wonders and gives me the extra boost I need. I recommend (if possible) taking the cold. if you have texture issues warm ones take adjusting. .

I liked the fast delivery and taste of the gu gels. they are caffeinated so be aware when you have a late run but they came in handy during my long runs
