For the money, you can't miss on this battery operated clock. it is simple, easy to read and sturdy. it's just a plain good little clock. I hung it in my den. My vision is not what it used to be but I can see the time easily with it hanging on the wall across the room. it keeps the time right on the money, even after I dropped onto a hardwood floor. Best $6.00 I have spent on these times where everything is so expensive and built to fall apart in a few years this is the second one I've got from Walmart. The last one lasted almost 10 years. I purchased to hang in the mail room because of the one we had died. it was a perfect design and size and it only needs one AA battery. and it looks good. you could use it in a bathroom or bedroom or kitchen or just about any room you choose. keeps good time.

Other than having to struggle to put the AA battery (not included) in, the clock looks and works great in my kitchen (the previous clock, which we had for about 5 years, stopped working for some reason; also, it didn't have a second hand, so that's another plus for me). Good price, easy to hang, easily seen across the room.

I’ve been buying these clocks for about 15 years, in multiple different states (military family), and I still seek them out when I need new ones. I always break them by trying to get them down, I’ve never had one break on me. The one in my living room’s been in my living room for 14 years. Battery life lasts at least six months because I changed them out when I change out my smoke detector batteries. I currently have four in my house. One in each bathroom and one in my living room they are perfect for bathroom since they don’t plug-in and if your families like mine and love to steam up the place, no worries of fire or electrical malfunction. I’m also blind as a bat without my glasses and can’t read digital anything, so having an analog clog where I can see the arms, let me know what time it is about having to put my glasses on. As long as they keep making them, I will keep buying them! The only downside I have is that one of them seems to have a tiny delay, maybe a millisecond or two, because after about three months, it’s one minute behind in time. But I have digital clocks that do the same thing and only one on the floor in my house have that issue. Like I said the only reason I have to keep buying them is because I put them up high and when I go to take them down to either put a battery in, or when I get to frisky wall dusting, I knock them off the wall and bounce them across the floor.. thankfully they’re lightweight so they cause no damage when the hurricane that is me, send them flying across the house, but it does make it where I have to replace my clocks sometimes as I will break the plastic edging and the OCD in me will not let the aesthetic of a broken clock rim last long.

This is a fantastic battery powered wall clock. Some things I like about tit is the large size display area and numbers that are easy to see so you always know what time it is. It's also fantastic it only needs one (AA) - double AA battery for it. This clcok is perfect for when there's a power outage (no electricity). I love it so much this is actually my second one. This one I used to replace a digital clock in my living room area. The ticking noise is really calmling and soothing plus it reminds me when I was growing up. The one hanging on my bathroom wall has been working fine with no problems or issues for about 2 years now. It does not drain batteries. I've only had to change it once iin all of this time. I can say 100% that this clock both well made and sturdy. I even accidently dropped it onto my living room hardwood floor when taking it out of the package and it was not broken or damaged at all. It's the perfect clock to put in your child's bedroom because it's durable and it also helps them with learning how to tell time analog (the old fashioned way) minus any digital assistance. It's so awesome to buy an item these days at an affordable price that is long lasting! The price cannot be beat. I absolutely recommend this clcok. The nuetral color combination would work well in any area of your home even a garage or basement. It would also be perfect in your RV or an item to take camping since it is battery operated and does not require any electricity. This clock is an unbeatable deal so I recommend buying at least 2 or 3 of them! 5 Stars I highly recommend!

you get what you pay for... works fine looks great but I'm using it on an outdoor shaded but hot porch and after less than a year it starts losing time even with a new battery. this is my third one, same thing. but I'll keep buying them cuz of the price.

The clock is too loud. With the exception of the sound issue, I would give it 5 stars for the value, but I got rid of it because you could hear every tick about 20 feet away.

Pro: Looks nice. Nothing fancy. Con: Dead after 3 months. Sweeping second hand can't advance past the number 9. Thus, the hour %26 minute can't continue. Can't get inside to fix it either without breaking plexiglass cover. What would you expect for 6 bucks.....

I just wanted a basic clock. Ordered this and it stopped working the next day. If I push the battery in, it works for a little bit. There's no cover over the battery area, so maybe it's popping out and the existing mechanism doesn't hold it in place.

The clock I received lost about 1 hour for every 12 hours it ran. It was totally useless. The fact that it did' 't have an instructions sheet for setting the time (I got one with the clock I bought at Target; exact same clock and brand) leads me to believe that what I received was someone else's returned merchandise that was repackaged and shipped to me because stuff sold on the internet for shipment is less likely to be returned for credit than if an in-store sale. My prior experience with this is a Dremel Blueprint Portable Saw Station that I bought on-line from Walmart arrived with the mfgr. packaging torn, the carry case missing the carry handle and the saw having the battery already plugged into the saw rather than being stored in the carry case position allowed for the battery. It was clear that this unit had been returned, yet someone at Walmart to send it out for delivery to an on-line customer as is. I replace the carry handle myself, so I didn't return the unit.
