(4 pack) Mainstays Alessandra Matte Black Stoneware Bowl

I originally bought one of these bowls because my dog's plastic bowl wasn't really what I wanted for him, and honestly I was pleasantly surprised! they are very sturdy nice bowls. I ended up buying three more so I had a set for the living room and for the bedroom for him. they hold one whole bottle of water with a little room to spare, and would work well for soups, cereals, ect. I also like that they are heavier and hard to tip or tumble.

Once it arrived to my house, it was "instantly" put to use! Perfect size for soup, cereal, etc. It's heavy and constructed to last! Microwave safe! The black itself is what I would call a "dusty black" as it's SOFTER in hue... which is perfect! If you placed Matzo Ball Soup with vegetables, the vegetables really pop out! It truly makes the food shine and stand out!

I bought 2 of these dark blue bowls first, but wanted to compare the grey ones. Choose whichever colors you like. These are good, small stoneware bowls, and come clean easier than plastic bowls do. I wish they stacked a little better, but these are still great bowls.

This Mainstays beige bowl weighs in at just over a hefty pound (17 oz) and measures 5.74” (145 mm) diameter and 2.5” (65 mm) in height. We find the bowl to be quite attractive in our kitchen displaying fruits, and it stands out well without being overly intrusive. This bowl is both microwave and dish washer safe, with a warning about microwave use – that the bowl may become hot. We would not recommend this bowl for young children, as it can shatter if dropped. Other than that, this is a very nice bowl for displaying items on a kitchen countertop as well as used for eating

I love this MS ALE brown bowl. It is heavy and made thick. The bowl is kinda deep inside. I would recommend this bowl. It is breakable and very nice. I got to choose this bowl for free in exchange for my honest opinion about it. Here is a couple pictures to show you. Thank you.

Good size for soup, cereal, or to put some snacks in. Not too big or too small. The glaze/color is a nice matte black, closer to a very dark grey. I like the thickness, it's sturdy and not easily breakable. I hand wash, but item is printed on bottom for dishwasher safe.

Mainstays ALE Mint bowl is a pretty mint or I would say blue color. It is made of stoneware. You could use it for candy, nuts or it would make a great cereal or soup bowl. It is dishwasher safe and you can put it in the microwave, but be careful because it gets hot to the touch.

Great size bowl. Great for cereal, fruit, ice cream, oatmeal, or anything else you'd like to put into a bowl. The color is great it's not real dark and it's not real light. The finish on it is different from any thing I've ever seen sort of metallic looking it is really modern.

Mainstays is a must-buy brand for me, so these Alessandra Matte Black Stoneware Bowls were an easy four stars. They're sturdy, nicely deep, and feel durable. They are a tad heavy, but I actually like that — especially for pastas or bigger meals. Great quality for the price.

It was a much smaller size than we expected and was not suitable for my family. They also did not nest together in a stable stack. I was afraid that they would topple over and break. However, the glaze and color is even. They seem sturdy and dishwasher safe. They might work for someone who was interested in using them for portion control but we usually eat big bowls of cereal and soup at mealtimes.
