This Mainstays Salad plate is a nice mint color, plate is smooth round. Like that this salad plate can be clean in the dishwasher or hand wash. Can be use to heat up food in a microwave. This size plate is a good size for me to use every day for main eating, not just for a salad plate.

This 8 inch diameter salad plate is a ceramic stoneware plate and is quite durable, but great for everyday use. It features a nice lip edge, and is actually dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. It does get a bit hot out of the microwave, so be careful when heating. Great for left overs or just to grab a plate quickly. I enjoy recycling or up-cycling, so I can see this as a drip dish under my potted plant. Whatever your plans, this lovely ceramic stoneware plate will help you get the job done! A+

This is a well-made solid salad plate. The earthy look and feel of the plate really appeals to me. The plate has a little weight to it adding to its strength. What I really appreciate about this plate is that it's dishwasher safe. It's also microwave safe, making it useful for serving warm foods on it as well. However, you need to be careful about handling the plate once it's been in the microwave as it can get heated. This plate, with its neutral color, can fit in with many kitchen/dining room color schemes and be a great addition to a dining ware collection.

This plate is gorgeous, modern, beautiful color, and perfect salad plate size. I was surprised at how thick and sturdy it was, paint is flawless, very quality materials. I will be using this plate often for myself or even little snack trays. I highly recommend to get a full set!

This is a solid, not too heavy, but sturdy "blate" (plate with a small lip) that is attractive and functional. It is slightly smaller than I imagined, but perfect for healthy portions. For reference, I am including a picture of it between the two standard sized plates (dinner and salad/dessert) from my regular set. This is great for everyday use. I will definitely buy more.

It's a good deal for the price. I also got dinner plates. They look great with gold silverware. I'd recommend it.

This plate looks sleek and can go with any decor. It stacks easily and cleans off very easily. The only negative I have to say, is that it's very heavy for a smaller salad plate. The thickness of the plate would keep it from shattering as easily as thin glass plates. It's about as round as a salad bowl.

A lot of the plates were destroyed in shipping.

you do not substitute plates and give me saucers who does that no I do not like the substitute you guys need to get better
