Use to buy the Claussen pickle which was very crunchy and stayed crunchy. They are cold processed instead of heated as with the vast majority of pickles. However, in the last year the rind of Claussen pickles has gotten harder. I trialed several different brands, and found this one which is just as crunchy. Most times these are a side with a sandwich, but sometimes I get hungry, and these make a good snack by themselves. I like both this regular size variety, and the baby pickle variety. Both have very good flavor. While the pickling juice has vinegar, these are not overly vinegary (which can irritate the back of my throat). I've had these several times before, and they stay on my shopping list.

Great flavor with a very firm, crunchy texture

I had these pickles last year in Lake Geneva, WI and fell in love with their crisp and tangy goodness! I was SO lucky to find them on jet and for a great price too. The only downside to these was, the last time I ordered, I was only able to purchase 3 jars. Oh well... more for next time! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
