you sent 1 1/2 inch instead of 1/2 inch, your shoppers lack attention to detail, not the first second or third time I have run into things like this, you need to raise standards of your shopper employees. I am disabled and do much of my shopping online, u have missed out on a lot of my business because of online shopping issues. do something about it, I am diving it another shot becaused I moved from grand junction to here. that other office was terrible with shopping accuracy and your claim to what you had in stock was terrible considering how much time I tied up into my online orders and talking to your staff. fix it or you will lose a lot of business from me.

Shopper sent 1 1/2” size instead of the 1/2” I ordered. And the list review shows 1/2”. They never said it wasn’t available. I’d really hope someone can deliver the right size!! This item was needed today for my client special order.
