(4 pack) Pen + Gear Lanyard, 19 in, Blue

This lanyard comes in quite handy for securing keys, name tags, pens, mini flashlights, pedometer, scissors, and whatever else you would like to secure to make sure you do not lose it. I think I am going to have to get another one, as I am constantly finding new uses for this one. I even use it on my purse to secure my home and auto keys as I am always afraid of losing them after actually doing that once. The lanyard is made of a sturdy black nylon cord that has one of those adjustable sliding mechanisms to make it longer or shorter. Then the metal J-hook is on the other side of it. The cord is at least 18" long and can be made longer or shorter as needed. It is about 1/2" wide. I absolutely love it. I usually have it either hanging from my neck or attached to my purse. I would imagine you could also wear it around your waist. It really saves me a lot of steps so that I am not running around looking for things in the house. If I am working on a specific project, I try to secure whatever I need to it. Lanyards have been around so very long. I don't know why I never used one before. Highly recommend! 5 stars.

I bought these with the intent of sharing with my neighbors who like me have a tendency to misplace their house key %26 after hours entry key. Wearing this handy accessory around my neck solves the problem.

Excellent product and very sturdy

Great product! I've been searching for this kind of lanyard because it's wide, not too narrow and has the breakaway on the back just in case someone pulls on it. I got this to hold the loud sounding safety alert device and the breakaway is very important to me. I've been searching all over Amazon but couldn't find one like this. I ended up ordering 2 more after getting the 1st one!

Great for teachers. The price makes them disposable after it gets gross. The safety clip is reliable.

I use this to carry a key. It's kind of like a shoestring type material and not very wide like a traditional lanyard but does well for my needs.

Okay. It's not that it's a bad product really. I guess it depends what you are using it for. I bought this to wear while I am delivering things (what I do for work) later at night in areas I don't know… I has my pepper spray and a little personal alarm on it…just makes me feel safer. But this is so stretchy if I needed to grab it in a hurry it's super low on me. I probably could not reach it without a struggle to find it. If that makes sense. So I guess that's my only issue with it. Buy it if you like stretchy ones or maybe if you were carrying some lighter. Not sure.

Before completing my order, I recheck the items in my cart, I definitely believe I had removed the lanyard from my chart. I thought about the price and the another item wasn't available which made lanyard now essential. for the price and quality.

The clasp gets rusty, pokes your skin %26 the cotton is great material but sadly snags on velcro and pulls apart on jacket.
