These gel style items are truly different from other highlighters. No smugging or spearing. Colorful and vibrant without streaking the print underneath. They glide on smooth and cover with ease.

Don't push down too much or it will gel -up on paper. Takes a little practice but its glides well on paper. Screws up when it's too low. Vibrant colors. Works well highlighting scriptures in bible. Does not bleed.

In a word…AMAZING!!!! Recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. I wanted to highlight Bible passages, but didn't want the highlighter to bleed through. Bingo!!! These highlight without bleeding through. Thank me later🤓😆

Absolutely love these for highlighting in my Bible! They don't bleed through at all. I do wish that you could purchase a single color though instead of having to purchase the variety pack of them, only because I'm not a huge fan of the purple as it's a bit too dark, and I primarily use the pink and yellow and wish I could just replace those.

These are different than any other highlighter I've used. They color like a crayon, but highlight and not over power what your coloring. They are jelly like hence the gel I suppose. These have been a fun addition to my work collection. And the kids have enjoyed playing with them as well. This is not a marker by any means. It has a slight smell but not overpowering. If you highlight too hard or too much it can leave particles like crayons do. Just dust them off.

just what I've been searching for. all other highliters should be banned. no bleed, easy to use. Just great for Bible highlighting to legal highlighting, if there's such a thing...

I recently received these Pen+Gear Gel Highlighters. They are not what I expected. Yes, it has the word "gel" in the title but I didn't think they would look, feel or write like this! They are definitely a type of gel. They write/feel like a crayon when using them. The purple is the one color that seemed to be a little dark when drawn on paper with no writing behind it but when used to highlight, it's fine. I've never used anything like this before. They are totally different than your typical highlighter. With regular ones, they tend to smudge the ink because it's a liquid but these didn't do that. Maybe because they are a gel material rather than marker ink but either way, it's nice. Though they do extend like mechanical pencils, I worry about is how long they may last. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them.

The highlighter are supposed to wind up when the run down and they did not so it was a waste of money to use them for a short time and yes they are gel-highlighter that they do not blead through to the next page but they were very crumbly which left marks all over the pages. I would not recommend to anyone!!!

These highlighters remind me of those REALLY cheap crayons. They're soft, give sloppy lines and leave behind clumps. Nowhere near a clean, crisp line. A waste of money in my opinion.

the colors for the gel highlighters were very beautiful and vibrant but that was the only good quality for these. they smudged and were obviously a poor quality. they smeared to other pages and the ink I was highlighting. I would not recommend this item.
