I buy Purina Surfin and Turfin dry cat food to a stray cat that someone must have dropped off. Unfortunately I cannot bring it in my house because I already have two cats, one failing with renal failure. But it really likes Surfin and Turfin by Purina. It has a mix of four flavors; chicken, whitefish, salmon, and filet mignon. It comes back for more every day. I am glad for the economical price.

Ok, so I can't have a cat in my apartment but I have a visitor, bashful and hungry. He hisses at me then eats greedily as I keep my distance. He may belong on the big farm beside us but he's not domesticated at all. He is looking so much better since getting healthy Purina Friskies, no longer skinny, more bright-eyed, better looking coat. It's helping him.

I’ve been buying Friskies multi flavor 16-pound food to help feed a group of stray cats in my neighborhood, and they absolutely love it! I also appreciate that Friskies offers options that are affordable, which makes it easier for me to keep helping these sweet animals. It feels good to know I’m giving them something they like, and that helps keep them healthy and full. Highly recommend for anyone feeding strays or caring for outdoor cats!

I have always included Friskie's Surf %26 Turf as "Go To" kibble portion of my clowder's diet. I only dropped one rating star on 'value for your money' due to the upcharge from what you regularly pay for a bigger (bulk 16lbs?) bag. This is not a complaint as my reason for buying these little 3.15 lb, bags is for the convenience. They can be opened and poured directly into a full-time cat dispenser. It's great to not spill kibble all over the floor while trying to pour (or scoop) from one of the 16 lb bags. So I'm voluntarily paying a bit more than a prudent shopper would normally pay.

We started with Chicken Gravy Swirls %26 decided to try this as it seemed meatier and has seafood. It began as a treat for the outside babies but my boy (who is loyal to Fancy Feast Filet Mignon) LOVED both the swirls %26 this! As far as I can tell the texture and smell are on par with other more expensive brands. If the furbabies are eating, I'm buying and this is a hit with everyone!

Ever since I have been buying cat food my two wouldn't eat anything that was from the ocean or fishy . I feed 9 or 10 strays in my neighborhood. They love this flavor of Friskies, but only from the small bag. If I buy the 16 pound bag, they won't eat that food and I end up feeding itto the crows. I don't mind having to buy bags more often, I need to know the strays are eating. Plus, I give my inside cat a little bit every day, and he thinks he is getting a treat! Win win.

This is the only dry cat food that my cats will eat so it must taste good. The price is very reasonable and my cats are all very happy and healthy! I would definitely recommend this

My cat attacked me before I even opened it! Now, whassup wid dat? He's usually pretty stand offish, but this hit with the right combo of meat and seafood.

Positive thoughts first: Kudos to all the cat lovers who, like myself feed strays!! I'm so happy to read the reviews that mention this! I have been feeding stray cats for as long as I can remember and I am 58 lol. I have several that I'm taking care of now ... HOWEVER, I can't feel good about feeding this food after seeing it out of the bag. It's an AWESOME PRICE but it's obviously got lots of red coloring in it which made my inside cat throw up when I gave her a taste for a treat. (She's nosy). They are used to Purina Naturals. I think I will give this food to the other critters outside that steal the strays food. (possums, racoons etc) and keep giving my feral friends Purina natural as well.
