I had used Revlon for a number of years and last purchase was another brand. I made a mistake. The Revlon I was using is very old and so I purchased these now. I really like the grit of this file and I know they will last years. I only have natural nails and I keep them medium length. These files shape up the edges really easy after cutting nails. When my nails break this is quick for fix the break. I will never buy anything but Revlon files.
These are a perfect nail file. both sides are grezt for shaping and finishing nails. i keep one in my purse and one next to my chair. they last a long time.
these are better than those metal files. these last much longer than emery boards. thevtips on them work great for cleaning udder your nails.
I have used these nail files since the 1970s! They are the best for fingernails, toenails, even my dogs nails! They also make excellent screwdrivers/car door unlockers in a pinch. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish they would bring back the plastic cover so I could put a file in my purse!
Have used these emery boards for years. The quality has certainly declined over the years but still serves the purpose better than anything else I know of.
I have always preferred metal nail files - they hold up better than the emery board types. These have a rough side and a fine side. Only wish that they came with a cover so they wouldn't dull easily.
Says grit is different on each side. Unmarked and can't feel the difference, also shorter than expected , tends to slip out of grip.
I have tried to find some Revlon nail files, as the the one I've had for over 30 years still does it's job, but I'd like to have extras. This purchase from yet another company was not as bad as previous purchases, but still not up to the old Revlon standards. These files rip more than file nails. They are more gentle than others I've purchased but still not good enough. I will keep looking and hoping for the real thing some day.
I ordered the files with the black handles and I received the red handles. I sent a message to the vendor a week ago and still have not received a reply. Bad vendor communications and Walmart has not followed up.
I was sent cardboard files, not the metal ones in the photo, and adding insult to injury, the company who sent it made it far too big a hassle for someone unable to drive to go through. Never again. Revlon, this doesn't look good for you.
