I highly recommend this product. Superior quality actually and design. I purchased 4 at the same time because I couldn’t find the one that I purchased 2 years ago. I just got tired of borrowing my husbands Revlon Tweezer……yes I bought him one a few years ago as well.
After reading the reviews, many people said they weren't happy after having to replace their old pair, noting the quality and gripping effectiveness were not like they used to be. So, I was expecting a non-gripper pair of tweezers, but to my surprise, I was able to grab this nuisance eyebrow hair that keeps returning, barely sticking out and hard to grab. Got it pretty fast, so I'm happy. I wish I could have seen how they used to be; they must have been pretty impressive after reading so many reviews about them. They are a little stiff, but I'll get used to it, I guess.
I've bought several pairs of these to replace those I've lost throughout the years. Recently my mom needed a new pair and I bought her these. She is very satisfied with the grip these provide. They are great for brows and those other pesky hairs that come with age. They have slanted edges that grip precisely and hold well for plucking.
Good set of tweezers with an excellent grip. Price was moderately priced as well. Used for facial hairs: near lips, eyebrows, chin. When you get old, all kinds of crazy random facial hairs appear, so fear not, just have a good set of tweezers handy like these, LOL.
This is okay if you are a man or have thick hair, but they do not grip well otherwise. I mistakenly ordered these thinking this was the brand I have not tried a few years ago, but found the first ones in my junk drawer. So, years later, and these still do not work well.
Better than most, but still needs better manufacturing quality assurance. You need to inspect all the packs on the shelf to find ones that are made properly. Many (most) are a little crooked. One side is always thicker than the other. Some of them have gaps when closed, compromising the grip.
Have been looking for decent tweezers for a very long time so looked up best seller. These tweezers were so extremely sharp I was afraid to even use them! Extremely disappointed.
For the high price you should be able to actually use them. See pic of poor quality and displaying how the Tweezer tip does not align with itself. Tweezer also has poor tip grindingat the manufacturer that leaves a lot of nicks in the metal tip...which also contributed to its inability to grip hairs.
I thought I was losing my mind! I've never had more worthless tweezers! I finally started to check out reviews and the bad ones were all lining right up with what I had to say! It's insane that a pair of tweezers with such rough and sharp edges that actually cuts you, can't pluck a hair to save it's life! I thought I'd splurge and get myself some really good tweezers and thought that the Revlon name would mean something... it means something alright...😡 but nothing good anymore. I ordered these for delivery and I can't take them back to the store so now I'm stuck with them. Expensive disappointment.
I've been using Revlon products and specifically these tweezers for as long as I can remember. But the quality of this item doesn't match the standards I expect from Revlon. Not only do they not work at all as tweezers, but the metal used is very thin (half the density of all the Revlon tweezers I've bought in the past) and they're very rough, not smooth, especially along all the edges. These things make it difficult to even hold the tweezers properly. The worst part is that the whole of the silver tip bit is sharp; scratch or cut your skin sharp. I wish I could give negative stars.
