PUT A PAIR ON RIGHT AWAY AND THEY ARE WONDERUL!! I SUFFER FROM ARTHRITIS; MY KNEES AND LEGS STAY COLD!! I DID GET THE LARGEST SIZE DID NOT WANT A TOO TIGHT FIT THAT CUTS OFF MY CIRCULATION, COULD HAE GONE A SIZE DOWN BU THESE ARE ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!! SO GLAD I PURCHSED THESE BEFORE THE WINTER STORMS ARRIVE!! FIRST NIGHT SLEPT SO GOOD AND WARM, THEY FIT OVER MY KNEES AND COVER THE WHOLE LEG!! WILL BUY MORE FOR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS!!
The base layers I wear make my lower legs itch so I needed cotton socks to wear underneath the base layer. I like that they're long - over the knee- for extra warmth in the house when I don't want or need an actual base layer. I wear a Women's size 11W shoe and these fit fine. They're 90 percent cotton but not very thick at all, so I'm unsure about how long they will last. I had hoped for a little better quality for the price but they do the job.
I wear a plastic brace after a stroke. I've tried many different socks. Brooklyn socks from Walmart are the first affordable socks I've found on the web. I've tried others. Either they're too tight, or slide down into my shoes as the day goes on. I'm betting these would suit someone who wears a prosthesis or a brace. They pull up over my knee and I fold them over the top of my brace. It keeps the top from rubbing%26 will be warm enough in winter too. They come in various colors which is great for working.
i hope these will protect me from further snake and spider bites i wish that theyd invent complete snake prroof garments
Socks are very comfortable. The only negative I can give is that these do not fit over my knee. Granted, I am 6 feet tall and have a 34 inch inseam. These do go way higher than traditional knee socks though
Good stretch without binding, comfortable fit all the way up, nice addition to orthopedic knee sleeves, good ventilation, do well with machine washing and drying, good base layer for knee high rubber boots.
The socks do come up over the knee that's what I love. For me the socks would get a little tight around the ankle. That was my only issue.
I'm paralyzed and i move my legs with my arms so the knee high sock works great for that plus they act like a combination diabetic and compression sock
I bought these for my 83 year old mom while she was in therapy. They were easier for her to put on than her compression stockings. They have zero compression and are sort of rough. I added a star since they actually do go over her knee but they are really pricey for the quality.
They rip very easily, I already have gone through 3 pairs that ripped. I'm careful how I put them on but the material is very thin and it tears easily. I wish I could return this!
