I love the design and colors of these cups. When the cups first arrived one of the cups was broken and I contacted the company Waymore LLC who is the ones that sold the cups. They worked quickly to send me a replacement cup with no problems. I would recommend these cups.

I ordered two sets of these cups, so it's a good thing that I like them so much. Here's what I like: the colors, the sturdiness, the shape ( shorter and wider than my current mugs). I might order a third set since I have company frequently. I highly recommend them. I rarely rate products, but I am very pleased with these mugs.

Love these mugs, I really like the design an weight of this mug. They aren't expensive and yet don't appear or feel on the cheap side nice gift for anyone who enjoys their coffee or hot teas.

Can't beat the price! The cups are pretty solid- and hold a lot of liquid. The cup are not super thick but thick enough. you just have to be careful with them.

I dropped the bag by mistake bowl broke. Wy was such a fragel breakable item put in a bag. It did not worn it was even cramic or breakable. It should have been boxed with loading paper or pocon paper for protection from breakage. I would like a replacment bowl due to faulty pakaging.

the cups are a generous size , I'm a big coffee drinker so the 16oz size is perfect.

Very nice ceramic coffee mugs. Large capacity, attractive, and great price for a set of four.

The only issue I have with this item is that the opening at the top is advertised as 3" but is actually 3.5". I purchased specifically because of the size, but it was misleading. That being said, they do feel sturdy, and look as pictured.
