Bought due to the weight rating as my husband is big and it's been great for everyone in the household. Also like that the steps are larger enough for my husband's feet as he has a size 14 and he loves it This is now my go to ladder instead of my 2 step or 3 step ones
I bought this ladder for my neighbor as he is always doing things for me. I thought I would gift him with this ladder, and he loves it. First thing I noticed was he used it to hang his US flag.
It is just what I need, wide steps very sturdy but a slight heavy for me. It did say lightweight. I'm so sorry, I really want it but a little heavy for me, I will have to return it for a lighter one. Thank you, Ms. Palmer
finally I got the ladder delivered it took a hellav long time to arrive and they left it Outside of the building,accessible for anyone to steal..please notify the delivery company to these Constant costing mistakes...
Great price and quality. Very sturdy, no shaking when climbing. Makes you feel safe and so helpful with those heights just out of reach. You'll love it! Highly recommend!
I used a 3 step stool for years but I needed a higher ladder. My only negative is that the steps are not as wide as my previous one. it works fine, I just pay more attention when using it.
This ladder is exactly what I needed and it's best selling point is the handle at the top and the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 star review is because I wish it was aluminum it would have been lighter to carry !
The height is exactly what I needed. I work in laundry at a 700 acre resort and the linen shelves are stacked very high. The step ladder provided is a 3 step ladder and is too short for me to put linens on the top shelf. I'm 5”7'. This step ladder gives me the height I need to easily put up and take down linens without having to stand on my toes and stretch while over extending my back and neck. The down side to this step ladder is the steps themselves are small and the ladder is very light weight and flimsy. If I'm not perfectly centered on the top step the stool easily tips and wobbles. It needs to be made from a heavier more sturdy material. So for ease, it's great. For safety, it fails.
Ladder is great (though a little heavier than I thought) my only problem was the delivery by UPS because it was delivered to the neighbor's apartment, not mine. (My other deliveries were by Walmart itself or FedEx and those were accurate!)
The overall size of the ladder/step ladder is not large enough and it is quite heavy. The steps/platforms are not deep enough or wide enough to feel comfortable above the second step and the stability is questionable causing you to feel that it would topple/fall.
