This fire pit is beautiful and great quality! Set up was so easy and simple. Everything I needed to build it came in the package including the tools. The instructions were clear and all the pieces came in the order you would put them together so it's all very organized and easy to understand. I bought this for my Mom and she loves it.

It looks nice, but it doesn't work. I went to Lofka's website (lofkahome.com) for warranty info. There's no phone number to call, just an email address of [email protected]. I emailed this address, but it came back as undeliverable. I don't see anywhere on Walmart's site where I can get info on the warranty either. Frustrating.

I wish there was a no start feature. I never received my product at all. it said delivered on January 6th. never got it. It has been almost a month now. i have not receive my refund or anything. They keep sending me a bs email to contact FedEx. I have and nothing happen. They are Refusing to give me my money back so i diputed my transaction with my credit card company. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. SEEM LIKE A DEAL BUT IT'S NOT!!
