You have to remove the whole cover to watch the TV. It not like the picture, where you jump fold the front cover. Very deceiving.

i don't know what i was expecting for $16.00 . doesn't work like the photo shows it, when you put the cover on there's a zipper on both sides of the front but nothing at the bottom you have to totally undo it from the back side to roll it up and watch the television. in the photos it looks like there's more velcro at the front so you unzip the zippers and undo the velcro and flip it up but that's not how it is

I thought I had a screen to view it the only way I could use it as if I take a completely on or off...

the product was not what the description said it was. the was suppose to be a zipper to in the front to fold up cover. there was no zipper. there civer had to be removed to watch tv

I purchased the cover to fit between 30-65” and this cover doesn’t even come close. It’s supposed to be complete 360 coverage and it definitely is NOT. Our tv is a 55” screen size and measures 48” across side to side so this cover should have fit either way it is measured. It’s beyond aggravating because I have to keep taking down the outdoor tv off the mount to keep from risking tearing it out until it’s properly covered.

Product did not work. Went through step by step process with customer support. They cannot replace the tv because they don’t have anymore in the factory (even though the tv is still for sale online) They are issuing me a refund however they said I need to dispose of the tv myself. Now I own a 70lb broken tv that is my problem. If you call customer support it says 2 min wait. Eventually it goes to a voicemail. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Element TVs!
