Really happy with this heater so far. It's well designed, easy to put together, and super simple to use. The size is just right — tall enough to spread the heat nicely, but still sturdy and easy to move around. The adjustable top is a great feature, and it looks great on the patio. For the price, I think it's an awesome value!

heats up fast, and the dome helps spread the heat around! It doesn't take up a lot of space. we use it under a hard top canopy, 12ft high

the only problem I see is it not putting out enough heat for my porch during winter. I think I will need to buy a second one.

No missing parts. Assembly was straightforward. Instructions pictures on details were small and not very helpful.

The heater arrived on time and great condition. Assembly was straight forward and easy. The PROBLEM is with the safety devices of the heater. When you turn on and press knob for pilot light fuel and then push the igniter, the whole heater ignites. This should never happen!! A tall 6'2" or taller person would singe their hair during the lighting of the pilot light. As normal, you have to hold the fuel switch in the pilot light position for several seconds to warm the pilot light thermocouple and to keep the heater running.

I am having the same lighting issues as Christian who left a review of this product. Very dangerous when lighting. Hair is gone from my knuckles from the fireball that erupts when lighting. Ignitor works horribly. I hope my issue is addressed

It is a Christmas present so I can't open it yet. I bought it for my daughter's patio.

Heaters won't stay lit. Bought 5 and all have the same problem.
