For a cheaper curved bar this is pretty nice. I've been a gym rat for many years. I'm older now work out at home when time is there. This is perfect for an affordable home gym. You don't need anything any stronger than this for simple arm curls and tricep presses. Great value for the money.
Solid construction, threaded spindles make for easy weight change plus the style, black with threaded spindles matches my dumbbells
it has a good grip, edges aren't too sharp. I haven't used it for long but it meets my needs. Only loaded 70lbs total on it for everyday use.

Not a bad bar for the money. The inner collar welds could be a little better but that's most of these 1 in bars. The knurling is also kinda smooth. Would definitely recommend some chalk. If you want a more aggressive curve, look for another bar.
