pictures quality and sound on both the 4K's and Blu-ray's is incredible definitely worth the price to get both of these movies

I enjoyed both movies! Nice upgrade to 4K as I'm doing with many of my movies. Only upgrade with good sales.

4k 48 hours pack

The transfers on these movies make them look wonderful. The 4K upgrade is worth it. The set includes both films in Blu-ray, 4k Blu-ray, and digital codes. The double feature set is also a much better deal than buying the individual 4K releases separately. As for the movies, I'd say 48 Hrs. is a classic and Another 48 Hrs. is merely serviceable. It's solid but not anything great. I'll always like the original better than the sequel, but the sequel has a lot of funny moments, too. Co-writer and director Walter Hill offers a lot of fascinating anecdotes in the special features. I only deducted one star for the 4K set because the colors in the transfers are a bit muted and a couple sound-FX in the original are missing, like Jack Cates' alarm clock watch going off and Reggie Hammond's hand shaking as he holds Billy Bear "Give it up, Billy--you got no chance!" at gunpoint.

Superior original, in-it-for-the money sequel that somehow manages to be largely watchable. Neither 4k image is all that spectacular, but that's largely due to Hill's shooting style.

both dvd's were blank and walmart made it a 30 minute issue to get my refund because the movie had been opened, even though I had the email from Walmart with the barcode to scan which tool a whole 2 minutes to do. It was ridiculous. Very unhappy with Walmart considering in the past 2 weeks have bought 10 dvd movies and two storage shelves.
