at first when I received it I was disappointed because I was hooking it up wrong it was not lighting up but when I realized I hooked it up the right way it worked fine.

Our LG TV only has 2 HDMI inputs, and we had to manually change cables to switch between our Roku and Sony BluRay player. Our new switch allows us to plug in our Dish Hopper, Roku and BluRay devices and easily switch between the 3 using the remote. Even though it came with a power cord, its not needed as you use a 4th HDMI cable that goes from the switch to the TV to power the switch. Our Polk soundbar's HDMI cable is connected directly to the TV. Love that the cables are hidden behind the switch box, and I elevated the soundbar a couple of inches so the switch sits in front of the soundbar with the cords nicely tucked underneath. pictures attached. This is a really good product. We needed it to be able to use both the Blu-Ray player and the DVD/VHS player into our SONOS system and be able to have the output connect to the TV. It is powered from the TV via a USB cable which the SONOS retailer said we necessary to get good volume. The warning about heat build up may be true in a really confined area, but simply setting on the entertainment console under the TV is more than adequate ventilation. The case barely gets warm. There really is no need to use the manual switch remote because it's truly automatic. The extra (3rd) port is still available if needed; however, I don't foresee the likelihood there is anything else we'll need. The turntable connects to the SONOS sound system with RCA cables.

Nice device and the app is convenient just wish the seller didnt inflate and lower the price after i bought however its the same price just removed the "discount" this isnt affefting the product though

I really liked the price and it works great. The only issue I've had is that it wants to kick me off my tv home screen because it keeps restarting my Blu-ray player.

It was OK but directions could be simplified and clarified. I think that someone who has never used a switch add-on would not easily understand installing and using.

Wife really likes it, bought some TV monitors as we don't use traditional cable, we only game and stream. She can switch between her nintendo Switch and her Google TV pretty simply now, but the remote has a few unnecessary buttons for no reason which is a tad strange. Would defininitely recommend, but the design choice in the remote almost makes me feel as if the remote originally had a different intended purpose.

Mostly works as described but would not detect my laptop through ARC so I could not even show picture from the laptop. Hooked it to a desktop and no issue, all other device no issue. But if you have a 4050 gpu you are hooking this too it may not work correctly.

It hooked up easily. Instructions were clear. Packaged well. It didn't work. It wanted to work, everything lit up as expected. My devices could "tell" they were hooked up to something, but the data doesn't fully flow through and no data seems to hit the projector. Attempted setup: laptop and apple tv into switcher > switcher into projector.
