4M: KidzLabs: Anti-Gravity Maglev - 7 Physics Projects, Anti-Gravity Magnetic Levitation Science Kit, STEM Experiment & Learning Toy, Kids Ages 8+

Looks terrific. It was bought for a 9 year old for the holidays. Since it's an ‘under the tree' gift, it has not been opened yet but it looks to be a terrific hit when finally presented.

This KidzLabs Anti-Gravity Maglev is a really neat little project for children over the age of eight. As a warning this kit does contain very small parts, so becareful with its use around small children. There are seven projects included that will expand you and your child's mind. I think the little experiments are a great way to spend quality time together. Let's face it, everything is a computer of some type, this gives a hands on experience for all involved. The setup and cleanup are very simple, another way to teach something, manners and responsibility. Oh, did I mention it is a lot cheaper than a video game or a new phone. So if you want to be budget minded, spend quality time together and have fun, this just might be for you.

It is difficult to find magnets toys and this one has a lot of projects, plus allows for creative play. Good value.

Son loves magnets. This did not disappoint.

My daughter is in the gifted program in her school. She is always working on some type of creation or project. When I saw this KidzLabs Anti-Gravity Maglev I thought she might enjoy this. When I handed it to her, she was very excited to dive right in. She sat next to me and started reading the instructions then begin working on it. She had to get a ruler to measure the length needed for the string that came with the KidzLab Anti-Gravity Maglev. Once she cut the string, she had to attach it to one end of the experiment. The KidzLabs comes with several different magnet experiments to try. My daughter worked or shall I say “played” with this for a couple of hours. Even after playing with it for a couple of hours she did not get through all of the experiments that came in the box. Some of the experiments take several attempts to get right. When she accomplished the goal(s) of the experiment she was cheering herself on and very proud of her accomplishment. I know she will be getting back to this KidzLabs box for the remainder of the weekend. I can easily see this KidzLab Anti-Gravity Maglev being a part of any science classroom.

Bought this set for my 10-year-old nephew for Christmas. He loves everything science related, and magnets have become his favorite. It's easy to set up and motivate him to try new things using magnets.

It's a pretty cool toy kind of confusing tho

This is my review on the Anti Gravity Maglev. This is a neat project for busy and very intelligent kids that are interested in these things. It wasn't something that my 14 year old was interested in at all. The idea of this is pretty cool but won't appeal to older children, or at least that was the reaction I got. There are lots of pieces to this box too!

I'm not sure if maybe we weren't doing it right or what but my son & I couldn't get half of the magnetic tricks to work. Not to mention there's instructions inside in several, several languages all on the same page which makes it harder. I'm sure it's possibly user error in this instance but we couldn't get it to do everything it says it will.
