Good product for energy

The original formula was much better than this, not a fan of the big blends. They used to tell you exactly what you were getting per scoop and I wish they would go back to that. Also just doesn't seem as strong as it was when Rich was running the company.

Best pre workout in the game. I'm new to taking pre workouts so I started with half of the recommended serving because I suspected my body might be too surprised and I was very correct. Half a Serving does it for me, but I believe I may have to walk my way up to one serving after a while

I love this pre workout, its not too stimulant, so I don't shake during workout or crash afterwards. However that's not to say its not stimulant enough, whenever I take this I have all the energy and endurance to destroy my personal records and reach my goals. Not to mention it tastes amazing.

A nice pre workout to bring your gym sesh to the next level. The amount of energy you get is nice, but I actually prefer the reloaded version for even more energy personally. I would say in terms of caffeine it's like entry level, which if you're coming from stim free, is perfect. As every else from Rich, taste is phenomenal. Only little blemish is that sometimes the containers get moisture inside and causes some clumpiness, but it isn't the biggest deal.

You know I take this to get a boost of energy before my workout! I wouldn't be able to get the results I'm getting without it! It is a nice entry level supplement to use without the too much jitters. You can always move up to a more intense pre workout

OK after jack3d it was hard to find a good pre-workout that gives me that amount of energy. Until 5% came around. Now with 43, I need the right amount of dosage and size to get me going without the shaking, this is it, and Beta-Alanine does me a very nice at the gym.
