Effective and no flavor
I'm seeing results from weight training. I mix this with whey protein at the same time. Flavorless. Does cause a slight acidic taste in back of throat.

Not perfect but works.
For the money it is a good buy. It is kind of gritty and doesn't dissolve well. That's why 4 out of five stars. Otherwise all creatine monohydrate is the same. I have seen a positive response in using it.

I do not trust this company they say their products are globally sourced which means they get the cheapest product available... they also say quality verified by nutri cost what does that mean =nothing> sister unfortunately bought me some other vitamin C product and the capsules contents were loose inside I've never seen that happen before and they were 1,000 mg capsules
