Helps thyroid function
This is a very helpful supplement that aids in the improvement of the function of thyroid. Symptoms of low thyroid function include: cold hands/feet, fatigue etc. By supporting your thyroid you can reduce or eliminate these symptoms. One capsule a day provides 600 mg of this recommended supplement.

High Potency in a Small Capsule
I love how high potency this is and that you only have to take one capsule! I had previously been using a brand where you had to take 3 capsules for a lower potency, so to find one where you swallow less pills for higher efficacy at a comparable price is amazing!

We were taking another brand of ashwaganda and learned about the potency of ashwaganda root %26 this one had 5 star reviews that resonated with us. We felt a difference tge 1st night we took this for relaxation %26 sleep. Ordering again.
