when I started on the weight loss journey I started taking these vitamins cause I knew I need the extra help and I've been real pleased with them I think they're real good vitamin they got everything in it that you need and I'm very well satisfied with them and they're not a great big old pill that's hard to get down they're easy to swallow

Great product for hair growth and thinning.
I've never taken vitamins with such fast results. I've been using them for about 6 or 7 weeks. In that time I've noticed a change in. Especially with my hair. My meds had made my hair break off and thin. Now I see it's growing back with less breakage and thinning.

They work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to open bottle. The capsules are easy to swallow and go down easy. There are no after tasss and they do work if you take them as directed. You must take them daily and as anythjng they take time to start working but you do see them start working within a dew day.
