Excellent For Celiac/Thyroid Diet
Love this for my celiac and thyroid diet as I am constantly in a hurry and is excellent for those breakfast on the go days. Excellent rich taste and prepares easily.

Good, but too much sodium/salt!!
Very nice instant oatmeal cup. My one-star downgrade is for excessive sodium (310mg)--way too much for a healthy breakfast (compare Quaker organic at 95mg)...and the oatmeal tastes too salty, so it would be improved by a reduction!

Unhappy with this product
Followed tge directions. This didn't taste like oatmeal. No flavor of brown sugar and maple. Yuck!!! Waste of money!!!! Will try a different brand

Inconsistent
The only reason why I'm not giving this a five star is how inconsistent it is. There are days that I grab one of these instant oatmeal cups and it's so bland and then there are times that it is so wonderful but majority of the time it's bland and it's so disappointing.
