12 grams of protien! Yummy. You gotta chew the oats, though! I wasn't sure I'd like it. It uses half the water or milk that Quaker Oats instant oatmeal does. I thought that was weird. I do microwave it for 60 seconds instead of the instructed 45 seconds. Just a smidgen of salt and a smidgen of sweetner and it's delicious!

I like the fact that there is a balance between the ingredients. Often times I have found that higher protein also meant higher carbs, or the reverse almost no carbs. The Kodiak brand has a balance.

The only oatmeal I'll eat now. It's really flavorful and filling

This oatmeal was not for me because of the sweetness. I should have ordered no sugar. But i still give it five stars because . Of the quality Kodiak products are definitely the best in all of their products pancakes etc!

I use the other Kodiak products. Taste is not there especially since i bought oatmeal w/ maple brown sugar! Very disappointing!

I was hoping for something close to the taste and texture of normal oatmeal. This is definitely not anywhere close to that. I did not like the taste or texture of this at all! Way to expensive for so little and to not taste good! I could've maybe justified the price for sick little content, if it tasted good. I was very disappointed.

Used to be one of our go to protein oatmeals, not sure if the recipe has changed but there is a BIG lack of flavor, not sweet as it used to be nor flavorful. very sad! 😭

It's good oatmeal but for the quantity and price no for all that just get protein powder and put it in regular oatmeal u cook
