12 grams of protien! Yummy. You gotta chew the oats, though! I wasn't sure I'd like it. It uses half the water or milk that Quaker Oats instant oatmeal does. I thought that was weird. I do microwave it for 60 seconds instead of the instructed 45 seconds. Just a smidgen of salt and a smidgen of sweetner and it's delicious!

I like the fact that there is a balance between the ingredients. Often times I have found that higher protein also meant higher carbs, or the reverse almost no carbs. The Kodiak brand has a balance.

Love this oatmeal. Maple and brown sugar is very good. Tried the chocolate not a fan. Will try others soon.

I really don't think they taste like real Italian meatballs they're OK but leave a little to be desired

A bit pricey and takes longer to micro than directions indicate, but it is very tasty and full of good fiber.

Tastes good, Like the high amount of protein compared with other brands. Walmart sells it a bit cheaper than other retailers (supermarkets and online). Good to add to my order to reach $$ minimums.

I use the other Kodiak products. Taste is not there especially since i bought oatmeal w/ maple brown sugar! Very disappointing!

I was hoping for something close to the taste and texture of normal oatmeal. This is definitely not anywhere close to that. I did not like the taste or texture of this at all! Way to expensive for so little and to not taste good! I could've maybe justified the price for sick little content, if it tasted good. I was very disappointed.

Used to be one of our go to protein oatmeals, not sure if the recipe has changed but there is a BIG lack of flavor, not sweet as it used to be nor flavorful. very sad! 😭

It's good oatmeal but for the quantity and price no for all that just get protein powder and put it in regular oatmeal u cook
