This brand works every bit as good as the leading name brand, but costs nearly half the price. This brand is not 'greasy' or 'messy' in any way, and it has no odor at all. The tube squeezes evenly and smoothly and allows you to get every bit of the cream out without having to cut the tube open to access the last little bit. This cream is good for rashes, burn, bug bites, and allergy skin irritations of all kinds, and should be a common staple in every first aid kit.
Psyllium Husks take a bit to adjust to swallowing, but it works! This brand works well for dependability. It is a bit spending for the amount of product that you receive, and shipping sometimes can take too long compared to other like products…. But this works well.
This product is equal to or better than brand name antibiotic ointments, I have tried. It goes on smooth, adheres to the skin better, and there is an almost immediate pain relief from cuts, sores, scratches etc..., with no obnoxious smells. Doesn't stain most clothes. Also, you get more bang for your buck! ~Highly recommend, Sandi
I've used Neosporin ointment with pain med added, since they started making it. With my 4 great grandchildren getting cuts and carpet burns, etc., the added pain numbing med really is a blessing! I love that Equate has the same brand much cheaper. I use several of these smaller handier tubes a year. Much handier to carry in my purse. Highly recommend that you try it for yourself, too!
WowWee zowie!!! I used it on a scrape on my knee that was a little bit bruised, but not only did it provide antibiotical properties to my scrape, but afterwards, after putting on the Band-Aid, I noticed that it relieved the soreness I got from the bruising! pretty cool!! I know huh?!?
I would much rather purchase the Great Value brand of Neosporin, because I'm on a fixed income and this Granny needs to save money wherever I can. Thanks Walmart for helping us. Plus, to tell you the truth I can't tell the difference between the name brand and the much higher priced name brand.
Great product! I'm elderly and fell recently, experiencing a painful 2nd degree carpet burn to my face. I started using this ointment immediately (and regularly) and it worked miracles. It alleviated pain, minimized redness and drying, prevented infection, and promoted healing. This product is a necessity in my household.
My toddler grandson gets very bad diaper rash. Not because he has not been changed, but the fact he has a very high ammonia level in his urine. His little bum, will be raw and very inflamed at times. The first time I used this on him and after I cleaned and dried his bummy with him screaming at the top of his lungs. I put this on his butt. Took the pain and burning away immediately. he now calls it the magic medicine. P.S. yes we are working on potty training.
I didn't review the taste as I don't believe you should be tasting this. The lidocaine puts the triple antibiotic over the top because when you get a cut that needs to be tended to, it's nice to baby yourself a little with lidocaine. I looked for this specifically as I already have plenty of triple antibiotics but we all need that little extra "umph" of help. Yeah.
This works as well as any name brand product at a lower price. Why pay more for another name brand when you can get the same relief from this. I am stunned at Walmart shipping. I ordered my items one day, and they were here the very next day. I really hope Walmart keeps up their shipping practice like this. Way To Go Walmart.....
