I love the green color. It’s a change from ordinary orange. 100 feet is exactly what I need, especially at campsites! What I especially like about this extension cord is that it coils smoothly whether I’m using a reel or simply looping around my arm.
We needed a green outdoor extension cord and this time of year, it could be difficult to find a green extension cord but Walmart.com had it. The quality is very good and the plug has the third hole for grounding so we felt good about using it outdoors.
Excellent extension cord however don't have it delivered the guy delivered to the wrong house obviously don't know how to read numbers on the house if I didn't catch him he would have left it at the neighbors house but he wouldn't go get it I had to otherwise I would not have gotten it
This is thicker than I anticipated for a light duty extension cord. The green is very bright and visible against grass and my evergreens. There is only one outlet which I prefer for outdoor extension cords, I don’t want to overload anything! I primarily use it for my weed wacker, hedge trimmer and tire inflator.
I have used this electric cord mainly outside - with a small lawnmower and other electric tools. It has worked well. It was my first online purchase with store pick-up. I was pleasantly surprised by Walmart’s excellent organization and delivery of such purchases. It saved a lot of time.
I bought this for my little electric mower. I bought a cheap little reel to put it on. This works great and gives me plenty of room to get around my yard.
This worked really well for me to plug in for my garden tiller. I have plenty of length left to go further in my garden. It should not remain outside so when you are done store it in a dry place.
I’m really impressed with this Hyper Tough 100FT extension cord. The 16AWG thickness and grounded 3‑prong design make it sturdy enough for outdoor tools, holiday lights, and yard equipment without overheating or losing power. The full 100 feet provides plenty of reach across the yard, and the green color blends nicely into the landscape rather than standing out. It feels durable, coils easily, and the single outlet is secure and reliable. For the price, it’s a dependable cord that does exactly what it should.
I ordered two but only one came and it was damaged. Walmart, as always, took care of me and sent me a replacement for the damaged item and credited me the other. I just bought large guage to be safe if incase i need to run higher amps at a longer distance.
I am an oil rig worker the first time I used this extension cord in my truck to run my heater and laptop it burned up an $80 caterpillar hoodie, $180 pair of Carhartt bibs and $160 Carhartt jacket it almost burnt my entire truck up! Thankfully, I reached in the backseat to get my lunchbox and the cord burnt me! So I got a pair of impact gloves and unplugged it and threw it in the snow. It was smoking and melted! Had I not reached for my lunchbox it would have caught my truck on fire! And I work on a drilling rig could have been a catastrophe! Walmart‘s quality control should not have ever sent out an extension cord that had not been tested. I want my money back. I want a new extension cord and Walmart is responsible for the clothing that was burned up and Walmart is lucky they are not paying for a $50,000 truck! Your quality control sucks this is unacceptable!
