It's a little greasy feeling when you get it on your hands but I don't mind. I like the yellow container because it doesn't get lost in my garage. Many respected oil experts agree this stuff is the best. I will continue to use it and know it is helping my engine.

Pennzoil Ultra Platinum is one of the best oils you can buy. Not everyone carries the Ultra Platinum even though it's Pennzoil's best oil. Ordered two 5-quart containers for delivery and Walmart delivered them on the same day for free. Great service.

Ultra platinum version is so far proving to be a top notch product. My direct injection truck has had zero carbon fouling issues using this product. I drive an average of 22k miles a year. I just wish the Omak,WA store would go back to stocking it in store. I'm not really a fan of online ordering this type of item for pickup. It's an inconvenience to have to plan an order and make pickup time arrangement waiting for confirmations.

Received this jug of oil with a severely dented base and a tiny hole causing the jug to leak. It is impossible to return it and customer service doesn't know what to do. I can't return it in-store because my local Walmart's customer service desk closes at 6pm every day even though the store is open til 11pm and I don't get off work until 7-8pm daily. I can't return this by mail either as it wasn't shipped to me in a box, a private driver just left it on my front porch and Fedex wont allow me to ship a jug of oil that is actively leaking.
