Deceitful description, received one instead of 5
Very disappointed. The description says it is a 5 pack but I received only one. This was for a charity that makes hygiene kits for the homeless. I have a limited income and signed up to donate 5 as that is what the description indicated. I will return the one that I received and ask for my money back. Description is very deceiving.

Poor customer Service
They shipped the wrong item and they refused to ship the correct one. They shipp d a one pack versus the 5 pack. I asked them to ship me 4 one packs. They refused.

Complete Rip Off
The offer clearly states 5pc cotton Qtip travel sets 30 Qtips per pack. I order it in good faith, paid the $5.50 recieved one 30 Qtips travel pack. Pretty steep price for 30 Qtips. Shouldn't force customers to give stars when none are deserved.
