It is a very good air conditioner with many features, but it does not have a low noise fan setting or sleep setting on the fan, so it can be a bit noisy. Otherwise it is very powerful and does the job it's supposed to do.

It's really noisy compared to what I am used to with other window AC units I have had. It also doesn't cool as well as I hoped. I am not sure if I am trying to cool too big of a room or what, but it could be better. The installation was harder. It wasn't made for mountain windows (double seal).

the air conditioner itself is dented on the right upper corner, if i had to guess id say it was FedEx, but i don't know, it says flash deal. The Air Conditioner put out good cold air, cools my entire apartment, i am glad i purchased it, not happy with the dent. It had to of been hit pretty hard to make that dent

The price was good. It does fine as an AC. However, there were a few short comings. This unit was designed for a wooden window not an aluminum one. Therefore the top screw holes were useless. The window couldn't come down enough to screw the unit in. The side vents just flop around because they didn't fit the aluminum sides. So after adding some metal brackets, foam insulation, and aluminum foil tape; I was able to make it work.

I liked this air conditioner at first because I liked the option of using the different modes so that it wouldn't be running all the time. But the eco mode quit working. I could not get the temperature setting to work right. I had to unplug to reset it because after awhile, it wouldn't turn on. Also it is difficult to read the control panel with the black background.

Recieved and installed right away. Does not work as it should be and shakes on certain setting. Supposed ti be 8000 btu and is worse then the last one i had that was a 5000. Not very impressed. Money wasted and unable to return.

recieved and installed right away. bought it because it has higher btu then smaller one we have, but it does not cool anywhere near as good as it is supposed to And shakes while on. very dissapointing and money wasted. Needed for health issues in the hot weather, and now have lost money on it.
