Window Air Conditioner Installation (220 Volt Units)

its not letting set up the door knob to the wifi itstead it actually trying to sell me a security services.which defeats the purpose o f having this door knob. I specifically choose to not pay a monthly $59.00 dollars amount every month. it why i bought this tyoe of door knob . so it won't let me down load the specifically app to use the feature that it has it won't let me use my bluetooth to connect to door knob ? what duh

The installer came a little early and I said great. I was so happy that the air conditioner I bought would fit the window that was a little small. The air conditioner came with a really nice kit too. The installer put it together right away and then put it in the window. It fit very well and looked nice. He showed me how to work the remote which was easy to do. The air worked great. He also took all the debris away. This is the second person I have hired from Walmart and Angi and I have had good experiences with both.

The guy that installed our air conditioners was fantastic and definitely deserves a big raise. He was very professional but also very personable and reminded me of my son who passed in November. He was wonderful and installed both air conditioners for us since the other one came while he was here. He went above and beyond.! Raise is definitely needed for him. I can't say enough good things about him😊

I bought two installations of door knobs and deadbolts which I bought at Walmart. They had Angi schedule me right away. I switched to a better time and it was easy to do. I found out that they do background checks on their pros. The installer came on time. He was very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I had really old locks and he worked to preserve the door jambs. The new door knobs and even the screws were a lot better than the old ones. The installer was friendly and showed me what was going on. I was very happy with his work and would hire again. I think the price was actually less than what a locksmith would have charged. I am very pleased and feel the safety has been enhanced.

On April 20 th, I purchased, on-line, an LG **** btu window air conditioner. I asked for delivery, paid for a 4 year insurance policy as well as for installation. The ac arrived on Wednesday the 23rd, though the Walmart website showed that it was still in transit. On the 25th, the Angi pro came to install. He opened the box and found that the electrical cable of the ac was cut, and the cut piece with the plug was missing. I taken the day off from work to facilitate the installation. The Angi pro wasted his time, and I was left with an useless ac. I can understand a dented unit because the box was mishandled or dropped. I can understand a unit that is defective. This was neither. This was a unit that someone opened the box, cut the power cable, sealed the box and shipped it to a customer, unfortunately me. This is unacceptable. This is a lack of supervision/control of quality and personnel. I am extremely disappointed with Walmart.

Angi had to postpone the installation for 6 days, because they could not find a professional installer for the installation of the air conditioner. when the installer contacted me on Saturday morning he told me that hw would be installing the air conditiiner. and asked what kind of windows i had. I told him i had the windows that crank open. He said "those are Casement Windows. I am very familiar with installation of air conditiiners on those types if windows. I was pleased to hear that my professional installer was familiar with the installation. When he arrived, he had a tool bag with him. when i showed him the desired location of the installation. He then unboxed the unit plugged it into the wall and hung the hose out the window. That was the extent of the "Installation ". I could have done that myself. the window was left open and the screen could not be used due to the exhaust hose sticking out. He told me that if i wanted to use the screen i had to cut a hole in it and duct tape it in place. he further told me that he was not allowed to do more than he did. i paid for an installation where nothing was installed

My item failed to deliver. Sent several emails Angie. I was not responsible for missing package. I contacted them the first and second day it didn't arrive. Today guy drove up the drive to install it. Told him I'd contacted them more than twice when I discovered it was still miles away. His answer was, You'll pay for service anyway. He was very rude about it. My first and last time I call them.

NOT RECOMMENDED: 25K BTU AC purchased with Walmart-Angie installation service. Delivered to driveway, despite other instructions,requiring me to lug AC on a dolly to bring to other side of the house. Angie Installer arrived. Could NOT install AC because package of frame mounting screws were wrong size. Submitted RETURN REQUEST for the product to WM. Walmart auto response is to return AC to Walmart store. I am alone-retired. AC CANNOT be carried by one person. I have to rent a truck at $75. gas to return product to a WM store. I also had the additional expense of paying for Walmart-Angie Installation Services. This product or optional services are NOT recommended. Buy from a reliable SERVICE ORIENTED retainer. R.O, Esq

Very disappointed with no communication from installer; 2 hours late, did not install properly, customer had to help out most of the time, job not completed, next day installation redo from friends; not placed in window properly, drain plug left in unit. Motorcycle fell over and needed neighbors assist in standing bike up. These were neighbors that I didn't care to be on my property. He was too much in a hurry to get to the car and motorcycle show.

Man called while I was at work, never called to set an appointment for installation. I asked if he would come back at 3:30pm n he said yes but when tried calling him about coming out he hung up on me and then would not answer. I sent text messages to him n no reply, so I called the number to Angi n they would not refund my whole amount for installation, so I will not recommend this app.
